I will never purchase or recommend anyone order anything from this company. The first draft they sent me was so bad I thought it must've been a mistake. Their communication was terrible and they took days / weeks to respond or didn't respond at all. I told them to cancel multiple times but they continued to not reply. They finally responded that the size I ordered wasn't available. I told them AGAIN to cancel as this was a gift for someone else. They didn't respond. Over a month later I received the product followed by another copy of the same product 5 days later.

This company is a joke that trips over their clown shoes at every step along the way.

They took my money !! I orderd 2 months ago and did not recieve my item...I emailed them they responded by saying they would send a tracking number that was a month ago.. I been sending emails n getting no response.

I got my wife three canvases for her birthday. I know she would absolutely love them and I was not disappointed. They were the perfect gift that were both unique and thoughtful. I highly recommend it! Super easy also!!!

No tracking, not clear what my status was, overall quality has gone down

Had to wait a while while it cleared customs but when it was delivered and installed the quality was amazing.

All my kids were smiling when they saw it. They were amaze and happy to see their favorite cats looking amazing !

Game Of Bones Pet Canvas

The photo was a total hit with the person I gave it to and everyone else loves it too! The doggo on the other hand is very confused and barks at it 😂. That won’t stop me from ordering a different one next year! Did I mention that it got here a week earlier than expected, too! Total bonus because it wasn’t supposed to arrive until the week after Christmas but ended up arriving several days before. Yay!

Imagine was blurry. Might have been from blowing up pets face. Quality was so so. Don't think it's worth the price. They still loved the gift though.

We absolutely love our pet portrait! They sent a proof for approval almost immediately after submitting the order, then it was shipped quickly after approval. All in all it took almost four weeks to receive, but I guess that’s to be expected since it’s coming from overseas. The only criticism I have is I wish the Canvasist logo wasn’t on the portrait, hence the four stars.

I ordered initially back in May for a Christmas gift and asked if we could hold off on sending it as I may want more. Not only did they hold off on sending it and kept in contact with me but I ordered the other 5 pics and 4 of the 6 pics have been received to date and I love them. I'm waiting now for the other 2 and can't wait to get them. They looked just as pictured and I know of some pet owners that will be thrilled this Christmas.
