• Upload a snapshot of the pet looking into the camera and in good lighting from your phone/ laptop browser. You can submit up to 2 images and our designers will select the best one for the selected design.
• Instagram in-app will not let you upload any image. Kindly avoid blurry images and screenshots.
• Our team will send you a digital proof of your design once your order is processed. We will print it only after receiving a confirmation from you.
  

  
  What if I don't like my custom art?

• Our artists will work to make sure that you LOVE your pet art and incorporate unlimited revision requests.
