We typically ship out orders in 2-3 days of placing the order. We mainly ship through ePacket Priority, DHL and USPS. This means that once your order has left our warehouse, it will take around 8-15 business days for your order to arrive as we are a print on demand company and each piece is hand-stretched by our skilled members.

Customers can track their package throughout the time and there are sometimes delays due to custom clearance at the home country of the customer, especially in the holiday season.

Very rarely, products get lost or damaged in transit! If you’ve been waiting more than 15 business days for a package/ in the event that you experience a longer than usual wait time, please make sure to reach out to us. Our customer service team will always respond within 24 hours!

We use either ePacket, USPS or DHL. To keep shipping rates down we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.
